At Franklin County Literacy, Inc. it is our purpose and goal to serve the people of the community by offering FREE services that encourage individuals to continue their education and to help residents with their personal and career goals. Franklin County Literacy, Inc. is a non-profit organization which is funded by the generous support of the Franklin County Board of County Commissioners and the contributions of generous donors.
The continuing mission of Franklin County Literacy, Inc. is to provide FREE and confidential instruction to the people of our community in order for individuals to seek greater employment opportunities, experience personal growth, and attain self-sufficiency. It is our desire to empower our students by making the necessary tools available to help them unlock their full potential.
